Perfect Breathing

    Mr. S was very surprised to learn from Xfm that there is  perfect breathing.Only Xfm's friend and he mingle with he had shared the idea.The idea originally was from the book Carya'carya but personally pinpointed to him by his master.inhale should be 8 seconds , pause is 8 seconds,exhale is 8 seconds and pause again for 8 seconds,then back inhale. Only HM have the capacity to explain things the way it is, to translate language in mother tongue in much more deeper meaning like kama sutra means pamigkis ng pag ibig, because sutra means thread ,sinulid but in more practical applied way it is pamigkis,not just thread which is no use. Pamigkis is something that binds and make textile strong in this case make love stronger. Another is poorna ,poorna means perfect but some just written purna or poorna and no more , anything written without meaning it is a useless slokas or verse or mantra .The meaning should be there. Not only the meaning it should prolonged with tune like a love song,like folk song ,like churches sing.
