The traditional Ukrainian diet includes chicken, pork, beef, fish and mushrooms. Ukrainians also tend to eat a lot of potatoes, grains, fresh and pickled vegetables. Popular traditional dishes include varenyky (boiled dumplings with mushrooms, potatoes, sauerkraut, cottage cheese or cherries), borsch (soup made of beets, cabbage and mushrooms or meat), holubtsy (stuffed cabbage rolls filled with rice, carrots and meat) and pierogi (dumplings filled with boiled potatoes and cheese or meat). Ukrainian specialties also include Chicken Kiev and Kiev Cake. Ukrainians drink stewed fruit, juices, milk, buttermilk (they make cottage cheese from this), mineral water, tea and coffee, beer, wine and horilka.

Subconscious Mind

    Listening to second language one automatically shifts to subconscious mind. Thinking things is the job of subconscious mind i.e., reading,writing poems,diary ,stories,journal,doing the math ,dreaming, and imagining . To answer questions one have to pause and relax. If one ask a running man  a difficult question it will not be possible for that person to give answer. One must relax first and stop running.

Movies age can be known with the kind of tv or mobile phone the characters are using. Even with the computer software they are using. And the looks of actors and actress changes over the years. The child actors and actress yesterday are now governor or late adult now . Sometimes they look younger .Even top grocers. But being immortal is being known forever . Fake greatness is not immortality.No one remember them after 20 years. Unlike Moses,Buddha ,Jesus Christ, etc most of them are revered even today.  But name and fame is not possible without the will of the Supreme One. And name ,fame and wealth are discouraged by Great  people , it is not the right goal!One should prioritize divinity . Divinity is perfection ,or becoming a saint. Divinity is not something seen or heard ,those acts for public show looks mechanical , its not falling on line to get that communion, being praise as a choir , obviously they are just theatrical .Still there's a lot more thing to do than bribing local church authorities. Debt for example are earthly economics, but no one owns the earth. Being proud of ones church ain't cool either . When people do the judgement , its just worth of their prices. We all know that actors and actress or celebrities that accept evil roles may or may not get affected by that role later  in their real life.It's their destiny , the reactive momenta in their past lives karma .

    Xfm's shaving cream is Super Max Ultimate. One of his fb friend is always posting a mind regulating if not controlling quotes . It is always about common sense. Discouraging certain behavior and encouraging a better alternative. He was collecting optimistic quotes ,scientific and from different sources,even from racist comedian. Some people follow or like that thing that regulate behavior , or whom are so physically attractive or someone who engineered every craftsmanship of language touching every dimension of life. But the bottom line is that when people are in sleep they are dead. If they sleep longer in their causal mind they are really dead! Those thoughts they are posting on fb are just complexities that will give them lunacy in later sorrow. If one is acidic they will post fruits blended to counteract acidity.If one's circulatory or heart have problem one will post something for heart attack prevention and measures and a formula that is alternative to angioplasty. Even if one removed that clogging cholesterol in their arteries or veins it will be clogged again. There are herbals and cleansing formula for that and some carbon based herbs. Intellectuals never get tired of building themselves up while being scornful of others, exploiters are like thieves they hate other exploiters. One posts better quotes and another play flappy bird better than other. One is savant and the other is polymath ,another have mega memory and one is a mentalist or have magical talent . There are three paths to be successful  materially ,the popular are 1. academic path 2. politics 3. showbiz. Being scornful of the poor will not get rid of one's own suffering everybody have cross to bear and the reactive momenta or samskara from Karma will be applied to all whatever their status in life is. If one will meditate for itself , it is like eating for one's own body's health . Quotation mark will naturally come to mind, ones mental composure will go back to originality and what is basic, while following 16 points and one can overcome some 14 weaknesses. One can hypnotize oneself , one can do auto suggestion , if aided by others  ,mind becomes dull ,so it's better to avoid being hypnotized. If one will not think deeper for oneself ,one feels like being exploited. Like most businessman do to their servants. Capitalists just cant do research,they can't do accounting ,labor ,so they hire others. But it doesn't make them omniscient , sometimes money goes to the hand of tired and sleepy capitalists. Who unwind themselves in cockpit arenas on weekends and no doubt they are equipped with sharp philosophy .But their fingers can't move in the morning without an injection .Their pain is there for years. They are tired of steering handles , driving for their sons and daughters and friends. Thinking wheels makes him handsome . Finally they will bribe God in heaven and pay the angels to give them reflexology or soothing massage.The best is it's better to ask God's Grace than to ask Him His forgiveness or mercy.
